Allow me to soothe away aches and pains or release tensions with deep tissue massage techniques.Whether it be Swedish massage, hot stones or Indian head massage, you will float out of the door from the Retreat on the Hill.

I have now set up the Retreat on the Hill. Treatments are available on weekdays, evenings and
some weekends, please call between 9am and 7pm to make an appointment.

1HOUR MASSAGE - £30
Treat yourself to a relaxing and rejuvenating massage, ideal to ease tension or sooth aches and pains. I tailor each massage to your personal requirements using herbal aromatherapy oils in a relaxed and calm environment.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (40 MINUTES - £25)
Based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years, Indian head massage aims to relieve stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.

HOT STONE MASSAGE (1 ½ HRS - £50)
Indulge yourself in this ancient deep-penetrating thermal experience. Receive natural energy from the basalt lava stones which are placed, warm or cold, on key points across your body. You will feel muscle tension melt away from your entire body, and a sense of calm will be restored as you awaken in a higher state of relaxation.
